Description
The Oak and the Reeds painting was originally inspired by the Aesops Fable “The oak and the reeds”. Which is a story demonstrating that when heavy winds blow (like trials) the large and mighty looking oak breaks. But the reeds, when faced with heavy winds, bend and are flexible. The moral is “sometimes it’s wiser to be flexible in the face of life’s challenges than stubbornly resisting and refusing to yield when it’s the better choice.” Each set comes with 5 cards, and each card measures 4 by 5 inches.
